Studio for Organizational Futures (Studio Of) is a Los Angeles-based collective of strategists and subject matter experts working together to shape organizational change. Studio Of co-creates with project partners through adaptable, knowledge-intensive collaborations, resulting in alternative ways of living and working that support thriving businesses and flourishing communities. Moving beyond isolated solutions, Studio Of equips organizations with strategies and tools to articulate shared visions, navigate complex circumstances, and transition to new futures.

Studio Of currently operates through Maximilian Brenner and Locher Grove. We combine our respective backgrounds in design and policy to oversee projects encompassing visual communication, organizational space, collaborative partnerships, and operational planning. Our team navigates entangled systems of economics, technology, politics, culture, and environment, emphasizing new conceptions of value that aim towards more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable futures.

Developing a visual language and messaging strategy for Watershed Progressive and their ecological services and programs, with the aim of popularizing resilient water and land management strategies across California. Institutional Partners: New Orleans Museum of Art, Rebuild Foundation. Collaborators: ABC ETC.

Creating an office environment for StartEngine–an equity crowdfunding company–with the aim of bolstering the team’s shared identity and supporting the organization’s expansion. 

Proposed policies to encourage collaborative partnerships and incentivize positive nighttime light usage throughout Acadia National Park, positioning the park for Dark Sky Status with the International Dark Sky Association.

Developed a long-term roadmap for XPRIZE and their incentive innovation competitions to combat the affordable housing crisis.

Produced stage design, video content, and lighting direction for Nas and his Illmatic Tour, celebrating the seminal rap album’s 20th anniversary. Collaborators: Ted Lovett Studio, Subtractive Video Production.

Developed in-depth market and contextual analysis to facilitate Skyline Robotic’s pivot from a robotic construction company outpaced by the market to a market-leading autonomous and AI-enabled skyscraper window-washing company.
